Key responsibilities & impact

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
Organize and triage customer issues and resolve problems before they start
Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
Deliver solutions that build long-term customer relationships
Travel extensively and drive several hours per day within the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Local candidate to the specific geographic area
Authorized to work in the US
At least 19 years of age
Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to travel for prolonged periods and drive several hours per day
Ability to work rotating and weekend shifts
Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred)
A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification (preferred)
One or more years of related experience (preferred)
Successful completion of applicable employment screening criteria
