About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review bad actor ATMs to identify causes of high costs or downtime and implement improvements to forecasting and cost
  • Perform seasonal and cyclical analytics and implement related changes in ICOM
  • Analyze business problems as needed
  • Complete daily cash forecasting for the cash ordering process
  • Prepare and manage mass, re-route, and seasonal frequency change projects
  • Maintain daily and monthly reports, including metrics and forecasting reports
  • Cross-train on essential cash ordering tasks
  • Maintain working relationships with IT, EFT, Finance, armored, and bank contacts
  • Assist with invoicing and metrics
  • Complete assigned departmental processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
  • Three to five years of advanced Excel experience, including complex formulas
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Access
  • Excellent PC, typing, and keyboard skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
