About the role
- Review daily incoming documentation related to chargeback notifications
- Assess incoming journals and supporting materials to determine eligibility for representment
- Review transaction details to identify appropriate network routing
- Ensure all network representment rules and requirements are met before submission for credit
- Conduct research to gather and verify transaction‑specific details required for representment cases
- Complete additional department tasks as assigned during review periods
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in chargeback processing preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to daily changes and shifting priorities
- Self‑motivated with the ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required
