About the role
- Accurately input data for new and change requests related to terminals.
- Ensure all documentation received is complete, accurate, and properly validated.
- Respond to emails promptly and within established deadlines.
- Maintain open and effective communication with internal team members to support workflow efficiency.
- Organize and store all documentation for the Settlement Department in a timely manner, ensuring accessibility for internal use.
- Consistently meet multiple daily deadlines while managing competing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years in finance, accounting, or data management roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
