About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to understand compliance workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
  • Own product deliverables and backlog, prioritizing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Write scoping and positioning documents, PRDs, and product specifications
  • Create acceptance criteria and mockups/wireframes using AI prototyping tools such as Replit
  • Partner with Engineering to clarify requirements, make trade-off decisions, review implementations, and ensure quality
  • Drive product decisions for AI-powered capabilities
  • Define feature success metrics and track adoption, usage, and customer outcomes after launch
  • Collaborate on launch planning and cross-functional coordination
  • Craft product positioning and messaging, sales enablement materials, and customer communications
  • Support enterprise deals, gather competitive intelligence, and understand customer objections
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive feature adoption, gather feedback, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Write customer-facing documentation, including release notes
  • Present product updates and demos to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline required; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated success shipping software products
  • Strong customer discovery skills and ability to synthesize insights into product decisions
  • Experience working in agile development environments with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated success leading go-to-market activities, including positioning, enablement, and launch execution
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate complex problems and solutions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate compromises across cross-functional teams
  • Financial services technology or regulatory technology experience preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
