About the role
- Deliver demonstrations for all third-party risk-related solutions with consistency and proficiency
- Conduct pre-demo tasks and customize demo environments to align with client-specific requirements
- Independently conduct demos of third-party risk solutions for account executives and prospects to further the sales process
- Present solutions in a clear, compelling manner that highlights their benefits and addresses client needs
- Gather and incorporate feedback from demos to refine and improve future presentations
- Conduct post-demo tasks and maintain demonstration databases by updating relevant features and configurations
- Participate in training sessions to gain expertise in why clients buy these solutions, including operational risk management in the financial sector
- Support and collaborate with Solution Consultant team members to drive team success and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in providing demonstrations as part of the sales process
- Understanding of third-party risk management principles
- Mastery of the particular solution that they are responsible to demonstrate
- Proficient communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Coachable and eager to apply feedback
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during training and demo preparation
- Works effectively to directly support prospective clients and grow subscription revenue
