- Mentor recruiters and lead process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years recruitment experience
- Proven success recruiting Sales/GTM/Tech talent in high-growth SaaS/fintech
- Track record recruiting from individual contributors to executives
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms (Workday ideal ly )
- Strong analytical skills using recruitment metrics
- Exceptional stakeholder influence and communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
