About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation process team of a client’s products and services
Work across cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products
Research, collate VOC, aggregate market data, mine usage analytics, and present results to Sr. PMs and designers
Plan, draft initiatives and epics for handoff to Sr. PM
Perform effective knowledge transfer to the engineering team
Track adoption via usage analytics, support feedback, and CSM sentiments from customers
Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making and identify customer behavior patterns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
Knowledge of Agile principles
Knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
Experience with loan origination software/technology
