About the role
- Attract, hire, and onboard top talent to support nCino’s continued growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and RVP’s to meet goals.
- Build and maintain key customer executive relationships to expand the company's footprint.
- Ensure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence.
- Coach Account Managers during complex sales cycles.
- Work with nCino’s global system integration partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software or solution sales.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Account planning and execution skills.
- Mortgage experience.
- Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellence.
