About the role

  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution of North America sales and marketing programs
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to inform future go-to-market planning
  • Translate leadership priorities into actionable initiatives with defined milestones
  • Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to support campaign execution and field enablement
  • Support structured account planning, engagement cadence, and prioritization models
  • Develop and maintain North America monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead content planning and presentation development for monthly and quarterly North America All-Hands calls
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in program management, sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, consulting, or analytics-driven roles
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional programs in a B2B environment preferred
  • Experience in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
  • Experienced Salesforce user
  • Ability to connect execution insights back to strategic decision-making
  • Skilled at building dashboards, trackers, and executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
