About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and maintain third-party risk policies and procedures
  • Identify, track, monitor, manage, and report issues
  • Maintain current knowledge of third-party risk management best practices and regulations
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence and ongoing monitoring of new and existing third parties
  • Assess information security, financial viability, business continuity, compliance, offshore, and contractual risks
  • Review contract language to meet regulatory requirements
  • Review policies, audit reports, and evidence of security and business resiliency controls
  • Prepare reports on information security and fraud risk metrics, third-party risk, ERM and information security KRI/KPI, and audit/remediation tracking
  • Request, prepare, and conduct user entitlement reviews for technology applications and systems
  • Prepare user listings, gather required data, and facilitate entitlement reviews with management
  • Conduct training and awareness for the enterprise third-party risk application
  • Provide occasional support for incident response and business continuity incidents or exercises
  • Collaborate with and support company sectors, subsidiaries, and affiliates
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Previous experience in Risk, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Enterprise Risk, Audit, or Compliance preferred
  • Competency in third-party risk management, procurement, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, SOC reports, information security, company financial reports, and privacy policies highly desired
  • Knowledge of data analytics
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Judgment, facilitation, analytical, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-orientation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization
  • Ability to compare data from different sources and draw conclusions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, Crystal Reports, and other computerized tools
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Ability to remain stationary 75% of the time or greater
  • Ability to move objects up to 10 lbs
