About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process monetary and non-monetary tasks and transactions, including account maintenance, verification, reconciliations, complex account transactions, and exception-item resolution
Collect, verify, maintain, and input data
Analyze information and make processing decisions using established procedures and guidelines
Support monetary and non-monetary transactions requiring reconciliation
Provide support to internal and external customers
Cross-train on other team duties and provide coverage as needed
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls
Focus on risk and fraud mitigation
Uphold service-level standards
Assist with new employee training and onboarding
Prepare reports and provide information to authorized persons
Provide guidance to employees on operational policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's Degree preferred
Professional and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to follow procedures and interrogate data required
Basic organizational skills required
Good written and oral communication skills required
Accounting and computer skills preferred
Ability to deliver high-quality work in a friendly, fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Ability to remain stationary 75% or more of the time
