About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high quality customer service for CAM clients regarding account inquiries that are primarily initiated by the client and transaction processing.
- Accept and transact orders for which you are properly registered.
- Establish, maintain and execute all administrative tasks on CAM to ensure they remain compliant by working with Operations and our internal compliance department.
- May entail proactive client outreach for maintenance of accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Financial Services customer service and operations experience or similar experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral skills
- High quality customer service
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy to include Microsoft Office 365 and industry software.
