About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for our B2B retailers and strategically develop existing partnerships.
  • You analyze ordering behavior and maintain proactive contact with our B2B partners.
  • You maintain our CRM meticulously, document relevant information transparently, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to continuously improve processes around retailer communication and support.
  • At the same time, you handle all D2C customer inquiries (orders, shipping, returns) conscientiously and with a solution-oriented approach.
  • You also support the team in day-to-day operations, e.g., with administrative tasks, order processing, and internal coordination.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student and live in Berlin.
  • You can work 15–20 hours per week, spread over at least four days.
  • You write and speak German at native level and have good English skills.
  • You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner—especially with administrative tasks and when handling CRM and order data.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and retailers and think in a service- and solution-oriented way.
  • Interest in e-commerce, customer success, or B2B is an advantage.
  • Initial experience in customer service, a B2B environment, or commercial/administrative roles is a plus but not required.
