About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of all types of tickets from a queue to analyze and follow up on requests while meeting established SLA’s.
Work in a team setting with counterparts on solving issues at hand but also able to work solely while providing updates to stakeholders throughout the process.
Understand how issues impact the business and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Document and follow standard operating procedures for production troubleshooting and incident management.
Leverage AI tools to aid in issue resolution and documentation.
Understand system design to be able to guide others on complex business logic and troubleshoot calculation, integration, and backend data issues.
Identify and manage defects and work with vendors and engineering teams to resolve and implement solutions.
Collaborate with varying teams to understand system functionality and architecture to solve issues, document in a knowledge base and gain an overall better understanding.
Analyze process and system issues and suggest areas for improvement and solutions, such as automation opportunities.
Determine alerts monitors and logging needed to identify problems before they occur help troubleshoot and prevent issues.
Works occasional evenings during special events.
Rotating weekend on call shifts for urgent issues and provide backup coverage as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience working in an ad sales system
Experience troubleshooting software, system integrations, and other technology issues
Experience with SQL
Experience with customer interactions and maintaining positive relationships
Willingness to have a flexible work schedule to meet operational and special event coverage needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, IS, or similar technical discipline (preferred)
Self-motivated and accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work across multiple groups
Experience with providing automated solutions (scripting, testing, RPA, etc.) (preferred)
Experience working with modern technology solutions (API’s, data streams, microservices) (preferred)
