About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and validate machine learning, statistical, and optimization models for business use cases.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify actionable insights and recommend solutions.
Develop automated analytical workflows, reports, dashboards, and reusable data pipelines.
Assist Senior Data Scientists to evaluate model performance and document methodologies.
Present technical findings and business impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; Spark/ PySpark experience preferred.
Working knowledge of machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, tree-based models, deep learning) and statistical analysis.
Exposure to cloud platforms, MLOps , or Generative AI concepts is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
