Key responsibilities & impact

Own end to end technical success across assigned customer accounts
Implementing architecture and solutions for new and expansion opportunities
Serve as the primary customer-facing lead
Perform hands-on work within the platform
Support primary use cases in CCM and cyber risk reporting
Drive delivery across data ingest, ETL, storage, and integrations
Act as a DataBee practitioner voice externally
Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to support solution deployment
Engage alongside Sales Engineering in complex enterprise opportunities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams
Drive continuous optimization and maturity of customer environments post-deployment
Travel to customer sites or Comcast office upon request

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of proven experience in customer facing technical roles
Extensive enterprise project management experience
Background in GRC, security compliance, cyber risk, or security reporting/analytics use cases
Strong understanding of data architecture fundamentals
Familiarity with modern data and storage approaches
Experience with enterprise systems involved in cyber risk and compliance reporting
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
