About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop, and manage a team of Solutions Engineers.
Own team resourcing and capacity planning, aligning headcount and skillsets.
Partner with commercial teams to support pre-sales opportunities.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client solutions.
Define and continuously evolve the Solutions Engineering service model.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
Influence product development by working closely with Product and Engineering.
Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
Establish and monitor performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with the FreeWheel platform.
Client-centric, strategically minded and an exceptional communicator.
Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, able to influence and implement strategies.
Proven experience in team leading or line managing a diverse team of individual contributors.
Solid background in SaaS and loves to creatively evolve service models.
Strong understanding of the AdTech industry ideally the Programmatic advertising ecosystem and openRTB-enabled technologies.
Familiarity with Python and SQL, APIs, and AWS or comparable cloud services.
Technical acumen with implementing/optimising/managing SaaS solutions.
