About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends for product development.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Managing the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
Creating and maintaining product roadmaps to guide development and prioritize initiatives.
Monitoring product performance and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies
Experience with backlog management or work tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Experience supporting product delivery, operational systems, or technical platforms
Interest in network infrastructure, facilities systems, or operational technology environments
Basic understanding of metrics, reporting, and data analysis
Light exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven product capabilities (not required)
