About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiating long-term agreements with key decision-makers.
- Securing new business opportunities and renewing existing agreements.
- Managing multi-site, large scale property portfolio relationships.
- Making presentations to property owners, developers, and home-owner associations.
- Training and mentoring AE1s and collaborating with National Account Managers.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual assigned sales and business quality objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enterprise Sales experience required.
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
