About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs
  • Advise on the relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed
  • Oversee analyzation of large, complex data to determine actionable business insights
  • Team queries disparate big data platforms such as Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS
  • Lead identification of key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis
  • Oversee development of forecasting models to predict sales, demand and other key business metrics
  • Review analysis of the results of campaigns, offers or initiatives to measure their effectiveness
  • Review and communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have intermediate to advanced experience with Tableau and PowerBI
  • Should have experience in A/B testing or other experimental design and measurement
  • Must have experience with DX foundry platform and CB source systems (SFDC, CDP, etc)
  • Must have direct people leadership experience for data and business intelligence analysts
