Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area
- 7+ years of experience in IT service management
- 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
- 2+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
