About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform network activations for Comcast customers in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
Support customer migrations to the Comcast network across various products, including SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, and SSL VPN solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.
Analyze routing tables and metrics to validate traffic flow and resolve routing issues.
Collaborate with carriers to troubleshoot internet circuit issues.
Activate and configure cloud services, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Maintain detailed documentation and ticket comments, including activation notes, troubleshooting steps, and post-activation tracking.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years
Certifications such as NSE4, NSE7, CCNA, and CCNP are highly encouraged.
