About the role

  • Territory development, development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
  • New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
  • Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating Comcast products and services
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Team with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives and adhere to company standards and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred; combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience considered)
  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to create/deliver face-to-face sales presentations
  • Experience selling Internet, Voice, Video, and Data solutions to small and mid-size businesses
  • Experience with prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
  • Knowledge of advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
  • Territory management and pipeline management to meet monthly quota
  • Customer satisfaction focus and ability to work with technical and support teams
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • Understand and apply company Operating Principles and Net Promoter System
