Territory development, development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating Comcast products and services
Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Team with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives and adhere to company standards and professionalism
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred; combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience considered)
5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
Consultative selling skills and ability to create/deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Experience selling Internet, Voice, Video, and Data solutions to small and mid-size businesses
Experience with prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
Knowledge of advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
Territory management and pipeline management to meet monthly quota
Customer satisfaction focus and ability to work with technical and support teams
Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Understand and apply company Operating Principles and Net Promoter System
