About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyzing market trends and industry intelligence to identify strategic business development opportunities
- External Builder/ developer associations relationships
- Developing comprehensive financial models and revenue forecasts to evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities
- Supporting senior management in strategic planning initiatives through detailed market research and opportunity assessment reports
- Managing relationships with existing strategic partners while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expanded collaboration
- Preparing detailed business performance reports and analytics dashboards to track partnership metrics and revenue objectives
- Contributing to partnership negotiations by conducting due diligence and providing data-driven recommendations for deal structures
- Implementing standardized processes for tracking and reporting business development activities across multiple strategic accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Data analysis experience preferred
- Spectrum software experience
- Geographical Information system (GIS) background and understanding of Construction Maps required.
