About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for performing routine plant maintenance, troubleshooting calls, surveys, locates, outage repair, track and repair Cumulative Leakage Index (CLI), power supply maintenance and construction maintenance in accordance with Company procedures and practices
Will be called upon to troubleshoot and resolve service failures related but not limited to Company services such as Video (analog and digital,) Comcast Digital Voice (CDV,) and Comcast High Speed Data (CHSI) inclusive of Home Networking and Home Plug

What you’ll need

Minimum of twelve months cable telecommunications, broadband, or similar experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
