About the role

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer
  • Sell with goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets and achieve assigned sales and business quality objectives
  • Territory development including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Manage territory with a comprehensive business plan and consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Team with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services and adhere to company standards

Requirements

  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Comcast may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience
  • Experience selling Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
  • Focused knowledge of advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
  • Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
  • Lead generation skills including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
  • Territory development and management skills; ability to develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Customer satisfaction focus and ability to support a positive customer experience
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and meet monthly quota performance
  • Teamwork with technical, customer service and support staffs
