Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct retail audits across Xfinity-owned and branded partner locations to ensure compliance with company standards, operational processes, and brand expectations.
Travel (~30%) across CT, MA, and VT to perform in-person retail assessments and audits.
Execute core internal audit activities including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
Assess operational and compliance risks through structured audit procedures.
Perform detailed data analysis to support audit scope, findings, and recommendations.
Leverage Excel and other tools to organize, evaluate, and present audit data effectively.
Schedule and lead readout calls with stakeholders to communicate audit results and insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
2-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience
Conduct retail audits across Xfinity-owned and branded partner locations.
Execute core internal audit activities including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
Assess operational and compliance risks through structured audit procedures.
Run and analyze reports prior to site visits to identify trends, risks, and focus areas for audits.
Prepare clear, well-organized audit workpapers documenting findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
Develop actionable plans outlining required improvements and corrective actions for audited locations.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability and execution of action plans.
