Key responsibilities & impact

Drive creation and implementation of program management 'ways of working'
Support IAM Leadership in ensuring consistent use of those 'ways of working'
Partner with stakeholders & delivery team(s) to drive program roadmap
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Provide clear and consistent communication of program and project status
Develop and validate business cases with measurable benefit
Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure alignment and integration of standards
Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products within programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience completing projects using agile technical project management principles
Able to simplify complex IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, entitlements, privileged access) into clear communication
Extensive experience in Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
Proficient in creating visually engaging and informative 'walking' decks
Technical knowledge and comfort working with all levels of the organization
