Key responsibilities & impact

Engaging customers with enthusiasm and demonstrating product features
Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills in-store
Answering customer questions on services and processing general service requests
Acting as brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products
Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge
Adhering to retail operational policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 Years of relevant work experience
Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes; move around the store constantly
