Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a technical role including solutions engineering, platform support, QA, or software engineering
Comfort working with logs, data queries, and debugging tools
Experience adapting internal technical findings into client‑appropriate messaging
Strong technical foundation across SQL, Web based technologies (HTML5, Javascript)
Familiarity with APIs
Strong written communication
