Review past due accounts and contact commercial customers to arrange an acceptable payment arrangement/program
Follows applicable national credit and collection policies and regulations
Multitasks between multiple tools and systems to resolve customers’ situations
Explains billing cycles and processes to ensure customer understanding
Processes secure customer payments and creates payment arrangements
Works in a fast-paced, structured, high-transaction environment
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in customer interactions
Acts as a product expert, articulating product features

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED (Required)
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
Must have a flexible schedule to work Monday - Friday anytime between the hours of 8am-8pm EST.
