Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and client engagement
Familiarity with eLearning and graphic design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Photoshop
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies at scale
Excellent consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Experience in a sales or technology company is a plus
