About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and motivate a team of Business-to-Business Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Provide coaching and feedback to SDRs to enhance their skills in engaging with senior executives
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Ensure accurate forecasting of sales and revenue by maintaining up-to-date records
