About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage escalated tickets from Tier 1/2 and install groups
- Act as an escalation point for managed services customers
- Interface with off-net carriers to drive escalated issues
- Perform adjustments to customer networks as needed
- Ensure customer configurations are up to date
- Maintain and create technical documentation of processes and procedures
- Act as a knowledge resource to Tier 1/2 and install teams
- Regular attendance and ability to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with managed service providers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Technical troubleshooting experience
