About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and optimization of the backend infrastructure powering video streaming services
Handle and process video content from various partners to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality video streams
Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and performant
Manage daily and overall work processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to relevant standards
Mentor, recruit and guide staff, ensuring access to training programs and operational policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
Deep expertise in backend server development and architecture, particularly in video streaming technologies
Strong ability to build team culture and solve technical challenges that meet business requirements
Proficiency in Git, GraphQL, Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, SQL.
