About the role
- Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated customer issues
- Engage with Strategic Customers and facilitate technical discussions
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- 2-5 Years relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Layer 1–3 network concepts (e.g., fiber optics, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing basics)
- Experience providing Level 2 advanced technical support
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
