About the role
- Define and own the AI Experiences vision, principles, and roadmap across Comcast Business.
- Drive AI integration into products and experiences.
- Coordinate AI initiatives across Comcast Business.
- Translate enterprise AI strategy into experiences that improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale high impact AI use cases across customer, employee, and operational experiences.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Comcast Business Virtual Assistant.
- Define and lead the agent and agentic AI roadmap.
- Ensure assistants and agents are trusted, explainable, secure, and outcome driven.
- Drive convergence toward reusable agent platforms and capabilities.
- Own the experience layer of AI enabled products and services.
