About the role

  • Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base.
  • Plan and develop print and online marketing outreach programs.
  • Analyze subscriber response to online and print marketing programs.
  • Serve as marketing contact for employees and outside vendors.
  • Deploy and measure effectiveness of direct mail marketing campaigns.
  • Track market trends, analyze results and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but may consider combination of coursework and experience.
  • 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills in Competitive Marketing and Customer Experience (CX).
  • Experience analyzing market trends and developing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage marketing expenses within budget parameters.
  • Experience managing teams including exempt and non-exempt employees.
