About the role
- Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base.
- Plan and develop print and online marketing outreach programs.
- Analyze subscriber response to online and print marketing programs.
- Serve as marketing contact for employees and outside vendors.
- Deploy and measure effectiveness of direct mail marketing campaigns.
- Track market trends, analyze results and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but may consider combination of coursework and experience.
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.
- Skills in Competitive Marketing and Customer Experience (CX).
- Experience analyzing market trends and developing marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage marketing expenses within budget parameters.
- Experience managing teams including exempt and non-exempt employees.
