Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations forward
Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding Sailpoint and Waveset IGA system alerts, CyberArk and Remediant Operations, Active Directory and Azure (Entra ID)
Have a flexible work schedule to rotate shifts for on-call schedules as needed
Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure adequate response and alerting
Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents

Requirements

3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: SailPoint, Oracle WaveSet, CyberArk or Remediant, Active Directory/Entra ID Administration
IAM System Administration and troubleshooting
ServiceNow, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systems
Windows / Linux / Mac Administration and configuration
Knowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, OKTA, Azure
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
Basic Knowledge of SQL
