About the role
- Partners with Finance peer groups to identify and facilitate opportunities to optimize business results.
- Connects with Business Partners to develop a clear action plan to deliver against the team’s objectives.
- Influences Business & Financial Performance.
- Identifies business risk and collaborates to identify mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Analyzes all aspects of financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Creates and monitors productivity KPI’s.
- Participates in Workforce Planning Meetings to align on the people, financial, and strategic needs of the group.
- Work with leadership teams to plan and manage headcount.
- Conducts financial research and analyzes financial performance against objectives.
- Provides rationale behind reports and analysis and relays them in simple terms.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
