About the role
- Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Comcast products to promote and sell to individual customers.
- Evaluates individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations.
- Generates business through established methods of lead generation.
- Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Comcast products
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to evaluate customer needs and make recommendations
- Knowledge of selling techniques related to residential sales.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the job including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
