About the role
- Assess NBCU Profile needs from our business units and determine project-level solutions that align with our target architecture, working across a diverse group of stakeholders and collaborators
- Track platform program risks, help drive mitigations and represent status to broader leadership team
- Evaluate current state Profile & Identity workflows and develop recommendations for consolidation, modernization, and compliance with privacy/security standards
- Help evolve our platform intake and engagement model, prioritization and planning/road-mapping practices, and communications strategy
- Foster a metrics-driven environment establishing and driving adoption of standards for measuring product success aligning with quarterly-planning framework
- In collaboration with leadership, align resources to best support new product deliverables
- Advise and mentor product owners and specialists
Requirements
- 7+ years product management experience, and 2+ years of people management
- Experience with Identity & Profile products and services, including identity, authentication, authorization, and privacy controls
- Experience in Television, Entertainment or Streaming
- Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence)
- Experience with Identity & Profile management technologies
