About the role
- Provide support for customers/communities to ensure a positive experience
- Establish rapport while promoting effective relationships and upholding commitment to customer experience
- Handle various types of customer inquiries while building a consultative relationship
- Retain customers who request to disconnect or downgrade services
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment
- Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, and mouse
- Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
