About the role
- primary focus on billing for 3rd party customers
- generate invoices in SAP
- manage invoice distribution to customers' accounts payable systems
- process account adjustments, credit memos, and customer refunds
- collections of all Accounts Receivable
- cash application for payments
- serve as point of contact for all customers for set-up and payment inquiries
- organize and maintain monthly accounting records for Accounts Receivables
- research and resolve any customer invoice and payment discrepancies
- complete month-end account reconciliations
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior accounting experience
- strong analytical skills
- intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to prioritize and multi-task
- project management experience
- understanding of general ledger functionality
