About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI product managers and product owners supporting Finance, S2P, and HR business functions.
- Shape and execute the AI product strategy for core corporate functions.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and translate operational needs into AI opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in AI or data-driven product roles.
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional AI initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, automation, analytics, and data-driven product development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Finance, Source to Pay, or HR domains is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, analytics tools, and agile methodologies.
