About the role

  • Lead and mentor a frontend engineering team focused on building and maintaining our marketing UI and internal platform components.
  • Own the architecture and delivery of new features, components, and client-side integrations that power customer-facing and internal experiences.
  • Drive clean component design and robust frontend systems for responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee technical roadmaps and sprint planning, balancing short-term needs with long-term system health.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, security, and UI consistency.
  • Guide frontend integration efforts with backend services and external partners across ad tech, authentication, and analytics.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years frontend software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
  • Strong experience building and scaling modern web applications, ideally using React, Next.js, Storybook, and other standard frontend toolsets and workflows
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, component libraries, state management, and client-side integration patterns
  • Experience working with third-party libraries, SDKs, or marketing/advertising platform integrations
  • Proficiency with modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js) and familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and build tools (Webpack)
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS, and frontend deployment practices (e.g., CI/CD for static sites and CDNs)
  • Strong people management skills with a passion for mentoring and team growth
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
