About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, delivering full-stack solutions that solve real business problems
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and modern front-end applications
- Leverage SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate to accelerate delivery
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team quality
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Ensure security, performance, and maintainability are core to all solutions
- Work closely with product and architecture teams to align on the technical direction and business priorities
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- Experience with backend development in languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
