About the role
- Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide security capabilities
- Ensure the resiliency, availability, and trustworthiness of security services
- Define and implement the enterprise security services strategy
- Develop multiyear roadmaps for evolving security services
- Advise executive leadership on risk posture and threat landscape
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for availability and compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and frameworks
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, diversity, and innovation
- Lead high-performing teams delivering 24x7 security services
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years working across cyber security disciplines
- Experience in forecasting and managing cybersecurity budgets and vendor relationships
- Solid IT engineering experience
- Expertise in configuring and managing corporate edge firewalls
- Deep understanding of email-based threats and network-based threats
- Understanding of the state of the security industry
- Experience securing cloud environments
- Knowledge of the cyber threat landscape
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent work experience.
