About the role
- Lead a team of SAP professionals in designing, developing and implementing SAP solutions
- Manage team and work with product and other engineering teams to architect and evaluate design options
- Take a lead role in maintaining and enforcing development standards
- Mentor and train application developers
- Stay ahead with the latest SAP technologies and trends
Requirements
- Education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus
- 7+ years SAP integration (development) experience
- 4+ years as a Team Lead
- 2+ years as a people manager
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and release management cycle phases
- Strong development skills in SAP BTP and its component tools
- Familiarity with change management procedures using cloud transport management
